Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front / Severus Alexander standing left, wearing radiate crown, holding scepter and sacrificing from patera over lighted altar to his left; to left, Nike standing right, holding wreath, atop tetrastyle temple seen in perspective; ЄT ΘMC (date) to right.
